Bank DKI simultaneously opened 5 (five) Branch Offices as part of its ongoing efforts to broaden its customer base and enhance services outside of Jabodetabek. The opening of the branch offices included the opening of two (two) conventional branch offices and three (three) sharia branch offices in a number of locations, including Lampung, Semarang, and Sidoarjo.

On Thursday, January 1, 2023, Branch Office operations underwent a ceremonial opening in each of their respective regions. Fidri Arnaldy, the main director of Bank DKI, stated that the opening of Branch Offices in the areas of Lampung, Semarang, and Sidoarjo is a sign that Bank DKI is continuing to expand its presence outside the Jabodetabek area, where it has previously also operated in the areas of Bandung, Gresik, and Solo.

In addition to providing a range of quick and cutting-edge services, Bank DKI is anticipated to support regional economic growth in order to serve the local community. In order to hasten regional economic growth, Bank DKI is also prepared to cooperate and work in concert with various parties, according to Fidri.

At the moment, Bank DKI has implemented the DBLM (Dual Banking Leverage Model) program, enabling customers who want a choice of Sharia products and services to do so in all Bank DKI Branch Offices. This includes opening savings accounts, current accounts, deposits, and even financing from KUR, investment financing, working capital, retail and micro as well as Consumer iB. In addition, according to Bank DKI's Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi, the bank's presence in these areas is anticipated to increase access to financial services and have a positive effect on the local population's economy.

Arie stated, "As a Regional Development Bank, Bank DKI also fulfills its role as a facilitator and engine of people's economic growth to realize economic equality in various levels of society. Therefore, we hope that there can be synergy and collaboration that can benefit economic actors in each region. Expansion of Digital Services On the other hand, Bank DKI continues to promote the growth of digital banking services by presenting technological innovations in the form of straightforward apps, such as JakOne Pay and super apps, such as New JakOne Mobile, in order to effectively optimize services and realize the current state of digital transformation.

With a more appealing and user-friendly interface, more comprehensive features, such as the ability to open accounts and make deposits without visiting a branch office, QRIS transactions, the ability to pay for various bills and conduct online shopping, the ability to top up money for electronics, the ability to give alms and make donations, as well as mobile cash cash withdrawal services without a card at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other banks, New JakOne Mobile supports microservices technology to improve performance. Additionally, Bank DKI innovates by creating JakOne Abank in order to support the digitization of MSMEs.

MSME players can use this application to access a variety of financial transaction services, such as cash withdrawals, electricity payments, credit purchases, and tax payments, without having to physically visit a bank. Digital Lending, which Bank DKI is currently developing, is anticipated to maximize the implementation of financial inclusion in Indonesia.
